I'm Ana, licensed psychologist and somatic therapi

I'm Ana, licensed psychologist and somatic therapist, certified kundalini yoga instructor, and Kundalini energy activation facilitator.

Trauma informed psychotherapy has been my main practice. I am also a best-selling author in Spain with my book “Cómo vaciar tu mochila emocional”, the English translation would be: How to empty your emotional luggage.

It is a book about how childhood trauma damage the structure of your brain and body, and how to recover from a cognitive, emotional and somatic perspective.

1) at your cognitive level, decreasing the self-sabotage of your inner voice (ego).
2) at your emotional level, healing your wounded inner child and learning to create healthy relationship with yourself and others.
3) at your physiological level, regulating somatically your nervous system and releasing your unprocessed emotions accumulated over the years.

✨I recently created this account to share my knowledge of Kundalini and create more visibility about this powerful somatic technology that has helped me on my own journey and the journey of my patients.

After a spontaneous awakening of my kundalini energy years ago, I didn’t know what was happening to me and I needed to learn to master this energy that has just awakened within me back then.

🧘🏻‍♀️Kundalini yoga and the kundalini activation process are two technologies based on the same life force energy and both can help you to release trauma and emotions trapped in your body.

Awakening your kundalini energy will purify your body and mind, so you would be able to align with your authentic self, that one without the conditioning of your ego.

Kundalini is located at the base of your spine and is likened to a coiled up serpent.

When this internal energy is awakened, travel up the spine through your spinal cord, eventually reaching the crown of your head.

During the process of the rising of your Kundalini energy, your nervous system will be regulated and in its attempt to return to homeostasis, you may experience physical sensations such as heat, vibrations, and other physical reactions in your body.

Do not be afraid, this is a good sign!

It means that you are releasing all the accumulated tension that caused imbalance in your mind and body.

Once the Kundalini energy reaches your crown, spiritual and physical transformation can occur, leading to greater awareness, enlightenment, and state of bliss.

There is no enlightenment without embodiment, and

There is no enlightenment without embodiment, and there is no embodiment without consciousness.

Both consciousness and embodiment are necessary for a healthy rising of the life force energy.

🧘🏻‍♀️The embodiment speaks a somatic language, and it sustained by your body, specifically for your nervous system.

🧠Instead, consciousness uses a cognitive language, and you experience it through your mind.

Both are needed.

Consciousness needs embodiment to experience itself in the physical world, and the embodiment needs consciousness to exist.

The Kundalini energy makes this dance between the two possible, it makes consciousness and embodiment become one, because in reality they are the same matter but in different planes of expression, one, the mind, and the other, the body.

When the kundalini rises, you will feel your life force energy moving through your body. This life force energy is your consciousness turned into a matter of energy. Somatically speaking, your consciousness is your embodiment.

Kundalini is a process, first cognitive and then kinesthetic and somatic. The awareness in your mind and the embodiment in your body create the perfect atmosphere for enlightenment to arise within you. During this process, your body and mind is making you ready to receive this expansion of your own life force energy.

Respect the process and do not try to rush it as the Kundalini energy is a supreme intelligence and she knows where to go to heal you and the rhythm and speed your body and mind need to not collapse.

The union between the mind and the body, the dance between Shiva and Shakty is what will allow you to experience the emergence of vital energy within you 🐍✨
